ANNOUNCEMENT: The 2027 Gala Dinner

The 2027 Gala Dinner to honour new inductees will be held on Saturday 28 August 2027. We are excited to announce that the dinner will be held at the Australian War Memorial, Canberra.

Guests are invited to attend the last post ceremony at 4:30pm. Events for the evening will then follow:

5:00pm to 6:30pm: Welcome reception with drinks and canapes in the War Memorial’s Main Entrance Foyer

6:30pm to 9:30pm: The induction dinner and drinks in the new ANZAC Atrium

The ANZAC Atrium is a stunning new exhibition hall with sweeping sandstone feature wall that sits beneath an expansive glazed ceiling. Guests will be seated among the military exhibits on display which are currently a RF-111C Strike Reconnaissance aircraft, a Sikorsky S-70A-9 Black Hawk Helicopter, a Australian Light Armoured Vehicle and the Bridge and turret of HMAS Brisbane.

Each of these events is a wonderful celebration of those individuals and organisations whose contributions have advanced aviation and aerospace.

The 2027 inductees will be announced at the end of March 2027.

Tickets for the event will go on sale from early December 2026.
